the room included a comfortable bed perfect. they provided fab shower gel and shampoo for my use. i really enjoyed this amenity.

the hotel lacked an elevator which was inconvenient when i had to carry my luggage up several floors this made the arrival and departure a bit challenging. this also meant a lot of stairs for me throughout my stay which was tiring and definitely something they should improve.

the hotel is situated near crystal palace station , made it convenient to get around. it is a short walk from crystal palace park perfect for a nature walk. there is a good selection of restaurants nearby which added to the convenience.

I liked the location and the staff seemed ok. Our 'Superior Double Room' felt quite small though. Definitely smaller THAN it looked in the photos. The absence of a lift WAS inconvenient, particularly with luggage and being on the third floor. I noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom, with a cracked tile, but I didn't report it.

i found the room gorgeous, it showed a unique and charming style. a sweet little library downstairs added to the building's charm, it was such a nice touch. the room had a great selection of tea and coffee, very thoughtful of them.

i noticed a very slight issue, the tv seemed to be a little inconsistent.

The staff were very friendly. They were helpful with directions. The optional breakfast was tasty. I especially enjoyed the full veggie option.

The room had no place to hang clothes. There were only four hooks on the back of the bathroom door. There wasn't even a coat hanger. The TV was hung on a wall bracket at a strange angle.
